Change the profile picture on the YouTube website

5. Click your profile picture next to your channel’s name once again.
6. You will see the ‘Channel Customization’ page. Here a user is offered several ways to personalize their account. 
7. Now, just beside your current profile picture, click on ‘Change.’
8. Pick a photo from your computer. Make sure it follows the community guidelines. It should not be more than 4MB. Once you choose your desired photo, you can crop it according to your liking.
9. Click ‘Publish’ in the Top-right corner.

Change the YouTube Profile Picture in YouTube App

You can set or change your profile picture through the YouTube mobile app too.

1. Open YouTube or YouTube Studio app from your phone and tap your profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Select ‘Manage your Google Account.’ It will open your Google account settings
3. Tap on your current profile picture. You will be asked whether you want to remove it or change it.
4. Select ‘Change’
