The L340 offers a very good contrast ratio of 1528:1 and also a rather great black value. Therefore, colors look well distinct from each other and black tones are rich and deep. You can use this laptop outdoors because it comes with reasonable brightness and a matte display. However, places with shades are more favorable or else you will find it hard to read image content.
